BVI Captain Only Yacht Charters
 If
you would like the experience and security of a qualified
Captain, but are willing to do your own cooking (or
dine ashore if you prefer), you can save $$$$$'s on
your charter! All toys and amenities included, so you
experience the luxury and facilities of a crewed yacht
without the expense of gourmet cuisine or the restriction
of dining on board.
Extra costs on Captain only charters
are provisions (food and drinks) for your group and
the captain, fuel, water, ice, local permits. Around
$30 per person per day is a good estimate of how much
you will spend on food, drink and ice, a monohull will
use about $80 of fuel a week, a catamaran around $100,
power boats use more, alllow $280+ for fuel and water
on a power boat. Local permits are about $5 per person
per day total.
Charters are for 7 nights, from Noon
until Noon and can start and end on any day convenient
to you and the yacht's availability. Any yacht sleeping
6 or less can meet you in St. Thomas or Tortola, those
which sleep 6 or more may only pick you up in the BVI's
(we can arrange a water taxi or ferry if you fly into
St. Thomas, or you can fly to Tortola).
